A patient is granted all their medical information through a patient portal which can be accessed 24/7. Suburban has the ability to transmit electronic records to other medical practices and physicians alleviating the patient’s responsibility to do so.

Our History
Suburban Orthopaedic Medical Center is a multi-specialty medical practice. Formally known as Bloomfield Rehabilitation group in 1998, Suburban Orthopaedic Medical Center was established in 2001 in Newark, New Jersey. The founder Franco Rizzolo D.C., who grew up in the surrounding area, established the practice to provide quality care to all patients nearby. All the physicians and medical personal as well as additional staff at Suburban Orthopaedic Medical Center have under gone training to assure our patients the best treatment and professional care they deserve.
Our physicians are board certified and our medical personal have countless hours of experience in the medical field. Suburban Orthopaedic Medical Center has grown tremendously since its opening and now houses many different specialties focusing on musculoskeletal care including, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physician Assistants, Chiropractors, Pain Management, Physical Therapists, and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physicians.
Our staff works hard every day to ensure our patients get the upmost care they deserve and their experience here at Suburban Orthopaedic Medical Center is nothing short of amazing.
